1. What kinds of products does RULIL sell? We specialize in cordless car vacuums that are powerful enough for daily messes and portable enough for any vehicle. Our lineup includes a flagship model with a HEPA filter and a compact variant for quick glovebox storage. All are rechargeable and come with multiple attachments.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located in one of these areas, you can place an order with confidence.
3. What are the shipping options and times? Standard shipping is $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
4. What is your return policy? You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first to get a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. How do I track my order? After your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also log into your account on rulil.shop to see the latest status. Tracking is provided via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
6. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just email us at support@rulil.shop with your order number and we will cancel it and issue a full refund. After that window, the order may already be in processing, so contact us as soon as possible.
7. How long does the battery last on a full charge? The battery runs for up to 25 minutes on a full charge, which is enough for a deep clean of most car interiors. It takes about 3 hours to recharge. The vacuum also works while plugged into the car's 12V outlet for extended sessions.
8. Is the vacuum suitable for pet hair? Absolutely. The motorized brush roll and strong suction lift embedded fur from seats and carpets. We also include a crevice tool for tight spaces like under the seats and a small brush for dash vents. Just empty the clear dust cup after each use.
